How did LLG start?

To give you a little more background, Allison Hillman is currently a certified full-time kindergarten teacher. She has been teaching for a decade and has her master’s degree in education. More from Allison “I absolutely love teaching little learners but as a mother of a preschooler myself I haven’t found the just right preschool for my kiddo. Feeling like I could not find the perfect balance between an academically rich environment and play-based learning led me to this decision to start a preschool with the Carrigs. Our school is located inside a super cute home in South Austin. We are currently in the process of converting the space from a home into a beautiful student-centered school.”

Is LLG able to support students with special needs?

We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all children at Little Learning Grove. We understand the importance of meeting the unique requirements of each child, and we strive to accommodate diverse needs to the best of our ability. While we may not have specific programs tailored to every individual circumstance, we have experienced teachers who are trained to meet the unique needs of our students. If we feel that your kiddo would be a good fit for our learning environment we will work closely with your family to create a plan that ensures your child's success and comfort within our preschool setting. Prior to enrollment a meeting will be scheduled with our team and your family/kiddo to better understand your child's needs and how we can best support them.
